Also, the copy in this email remains upbeat and catchy in its tone of voice – something that is reflective of New Look’s brand. Moreover, the addition of personalisation in the opening screen of the email proved to be a lot more customer friendly which ultimately convinced the reader to absorb the clear message regarding GDPR and act accordingly by clicking the clear CTA.
