Topshop – It’s International Women’s Day!
Without a doubt Topshop is one of our favourite customer-orientated brands! Always promoting value-added content, they often create solid connections with their customers usually based on shared emotions and transparency.
This is reflected in their International Women’s Day themed email, which is a teaser of a blog article presenting Topshop’s inspiring women. Not only does this email bring a sense of appreciation for women, it also gets under the brand’s values.
Design wise, we like the stylish colour-boosting GIF image that envisages the purpose of the email through alternating “International Women’s Day” and “Meet Topshop’s inspiring women”, as if one completed the other in a headline. This is complemented by the simplicity of the rest of the email, which comes up with clear fonts matching the GIF’s colour palette, and three wide photos of Topshop’s inspiring women, bringing to life the story of the email.
